1. Who we are

This website and store are operated by Poquito by Poquito, registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KvK 73996831).

2. Using our site

  • By placing an order you confirm you’re at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).

  • Don’t misuse the site—no hacking, scraping or illegal shenanigans.

3. Products & pricing

  • All prices include Dutch VAT (where applicable).

  • We aim to display colours & descriptions accurately; minor variations can occur.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time.

4. Orders

  • Your order is accepted once you receive our Order Confirmation email.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. fraud suspicion, stock issues).

  • If we can’t fulfil part of your order, we’ll contact you and refund the unavailable item(s).

5. Payment

Secure checkout via Shopify Payments (iDEAL, credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). We never see or store your card details.

6. Shipping

All parcels leave Amsterdam with PostNL Track & Trace. See our separate Shipping & Delivery page for details.

7. Returns & refunds

  • EU customers: 14‑day right of withdrawal from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty.

  • Contact us at info@re-plan-p.com for return instructions before sending anything back.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product concerned. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Privacy

We use your data to fulfil orders and run the shop. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The latest version is always posted here; using the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
